Val came to MR Racine in January 1999. Having "grown up in a manufacturing environment," her passion for manufacturing began with her first professional position in advertising/public relations for OEM of HVAC systems.
A few years later, her entrepreneurial tendencies took her to the presidency of her own manufacturing company.
Her business savvy, understanding of manufacturing and tireless enthusiasm have allowed her to develop strong relationships with key accounts, who know they can rely on her to find the best talent to meet their professional staffing needs.
Val loves this business. It offers her a challenge every moment and the unmatched opportunity to work with first class professionals, both as hiring managers and as recruits. It is her philosophy that her client companies require her help with their staffing needs when they have been unsuccessful themselves; in other words, when the search is difficult. They call her because they know she will doggedly pursue the best, carefully qualify candidates for their positions, and never waste any one's time.
