Prior to joining MR Racine Steve spent 3 years in college recruiting and 4 years in Account Management. During his tenure with MR Racine he has been honored with several awards among them, 1997 Rookie of the Year and Account Executive of the Year in 2002.

Steve's philosophy is 3 simple steps:

Working from the Rocky Mountains to the Eastern seaboard, Steve works with professionals from entry-level engineers to General Manager and Presidents of companies. Most of his openings are operations, engineering or supply chain related. Steve take a generalist approach rather than specializing in a particular manufacturing process or industry giving him a broader understanding to general market trends and directions. His clients are smaller to mid-size metal product manufacturers primarily in the Midwest.
