Scott Petersen is the President of Management Recruiters of Racine. In his role, Scott is responsible for the strategic leadership necessary to ensure the achievement of the firm's performance goals and preservation of the core values established by the firms founder John Henkel nearly 3 decades ago. Scott has helped pioneer multiple strategies and techniques in staffing industry which was instrumental in growing Management Recruiters of Racine's revenue over 100% in the last 3 years and securing a place as an Elite Top Ten MRINetwork Franchise Worldwide (1100+ Global Offices). Scott was also instrumental in Management Recruiters of Racine's most recent accolade of being ranked as a Top Milwaukee Workplace (1st Place) in 2008 by the Milwaukee Business Journal.
Scott proudly served our country as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Army/National Security Agency from 1995 to 1999; traveling and living across the globe to protect our country. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in Business during his time of service. Scott received multiple medals of commendation and achievement before parlaying his military success into the civilian world. In 1999, he entered the search profession in the staffing industry; he then learned a great deal working for a retained search firm in Chicago before being recruited by a Fortune 100 Company to run their internal recruiting function and finally settling into the Management Recruiters International permanent/direct-hire practice in September of 2001. Since joining MRINetwork, he has earned accolades as a National Top Ten Rookie of the Year in 2002, Southwest Region Top Ten Account Executive in 2003, National Pacesetter from 2002 - 2006, and MRINetwork Hall of Fame induction in 2006. Scott moved off of his recruiting desk in 2006 to devote his time to the growth and development of the Management Recruiters of Racine franchise that he will purchase from the firms founder, John Henkel, in the future.
Scott resides in Racine and has three sons (Scottie 12, Clayton 10 and Nathan 6). Scott has served on multiple non-profit boards and is currently devoting his time and energy to Special Olympics in Wisconsin, Bethany Apartments, Cops 'N' Kids, as well as others.
