In 1989, after 11 years in banking Rich joined MR Racine. Immediate it was apparent that Rich had the fire and desire to succeed in the business, having earned the Midwest Region's Rookie of the Year award.
That initial success was followed in 1995 and 1996 with awards for the Midwest Region's Top 5 Account Executives. Rich's success has put him in the MRI Hall of Fame and among the office's and nations top producers.
During his career at MR Racine Rich has built a substantial clientele and candidate base in the Financial Services industry. His areas of expertise are commercial and retail banking, and he works hard to build strong lasting relationships.
