Paul started with MR Racine in April 1998 and was off to a great start, making his first placement just 4 weeks after he started. Paul's varied background includes experience as a Unit Manager at the South Dakota State Penitentiary as well as a background in the industrial sales.
"The warden" as we call him, works primarily with companies and candidates in the metal stamping industry.
Paul believes in treating his clients and candidates with integrity and respect, and believes his success is based on his ability to prioritize, adapt and to arrive at solutions for all parties involved in a placement.
The companies and candidates that Paul works with appreciate his dedication, flexibility and commitment. His best candidates have real life experience and can respect and value the service he provides.
