After 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps., including 3 years of military recruiting, Larry joined MR Racine in 1994. Recognizing the need for professionals in the non-ferrous casting industry, Larry "dug-in". His efforts have paid off handsomely as Larry earned MR Racine's Account Executive of the Year honors in 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001.
Ask any of Larry's candidates or clients and they will say that Larry definitely has his finger on the pulse of the die-casting industry.
Larry philosophy is simple: to match talented, qualified candidates with solid die-cast companies. Establishing long-term relationships and becoming the sole staffing source for his clients companies is his goal. Larry's focus is to service companies and professionals in the Die Cast industry. He works with a variety of candidates, ranging from Die Cast Process Engineers to company Presidents.
