Jay joined MR Racine after a 15-year career as an Army Combat Engineer. The transition was an easy one for Jay, as he got off to a quick start, earning Rookie of the Year and Pacesetter honors in 2000.

In the past five years Jay has developed a desk specialty in the Aluminum Casting and Machining industry. Straight forward and refreshing Jay is seldom forgotten.
