As a Sales Representative for Searle Pharmaceuticals/Monsanto he turned around a last place territory to a top 5% national ranking out of 850 in 12 months, was the Southwest Region Rookie of the Year in 1993 out of 80+ reps, #1 sales rep in district out of 15 reps in 1993, 1994, and 1995 and a Pro Club Recipient in 1994 and 1995 which recognizes the top 7% of the national sales force out of 850.
As Vice President of Sales & Principal of Morganworks.com John assisted in the raising of $10M in venture capital in 90 days, Hired, trained, and led a national staff of 14, Assisted in the building of the company from 6 employees to over 80 employees in 9 months and Secured $5.7M in new business commitment in 6 months.
As a Senior Sales Consultant for ProBusiness John helped executives with large corporations achieve a greater R.O.I. by providing human resource technology, payroll services, tax services, comprehensive outsourcing, web self-service and benefits administration for their organizations. John provided strategic leadership to a team consisting of Sales Engineers, Implementation Team Members, and Administrative Support Personnel. He was awarded the National Rookie of the Year Award in 2001 and Presidents Club Award in 2002.
