My entire professional life has been spent in a sales capacity. Because of that, I have developed the skills necessary to successfully create and maintain solid business relationships. I listen carefully to my clients and candidates in order to understand their true needs.
I believe that attitude is everything in this business. With the right attitude it is very simple (not easy) to bring excellent companies and quality candidates together. My years of success as a sale's professional along with the proven track record of the MR- Racine office combine to provide both client companies and candidates with the highest comfort level possible during the entire transaction.
My candidates must have not only the competency my clients are looking for, but also the character and chemistry needed to be a great fit in my client companies' culture. I look for candidates that have a track record of adding value to organizations. The right candidate creates solutions and perpetuates success, which leads to many satisfied client companies.
