As a 20 year veteran of the Purchasing and Manufacturing Industries, Cathy has spent her entire professional life interacting with professionals that figure out how to find it, make it, market it, ship it, distribute it, and dispose of it in a timely, cost effective manner.
Beginning her career in Retail Management and spending 12 years at the executive level in a Corporate Purchasing role. Her responsibilities included strategic sourcing, purchasing, merchandising, advertising, and marketing for two major retail operations.
Cathy joined MRI Racine in 1996. Since that time she has established long-term relationships with both candidates and with leading manufacturing companies nationwide. She was named Rookie of the Year in 1997, and achieved CSAM (Certified Senior Account Manager) status in 2000.
Her philosophy is to: "provide the best candidate to my client companies through unsurpassed dedication, my industry expertise and with integrity. It is important to her to be able to encourage and inspire those around her to help foster an atmosphere of growth success".
Most often Cathy is working with candidates who have a strategic sourcing, purchasing, production, operations, supply chain or manufacturing/engineering background. Her clients cover a broad spectrum of manufacturing industries including Consumer, Telecommunications, Electronics and Automotive on a national basis.
